I have only seen DS106 from afar but it seems to me that the distribution of facilitation achieved had more to do with humanity than personality. Whenever I do my social media for academics sessions, I always stress that it’s called social media for a reason, so put a bit of yourself in there. I couldn’t find a term for the USA and Canada. I wondered as I read the comments whether it was humanity rather than personality that was important. However, I do not think that the personality needs to be in the content.
